Welcome to BookCredenceWorks. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services: BookCredenceWorks provides a range of book publishing and author support services, including but not limited to editing, cover design, formatting, and marketing consultation. Specific details and pricing for each service will be outlined in individual agreements or proposals.
Client Responsibilities: As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, timely feedback, and original content for your projects. You retain all intellectual property rights to your original work.
Payment: Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced on a project, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Limitation of Liability: BookCredenceWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
